We have a 30 day refund and returns policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. The amount of time it takes to be reflected in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund 5-7 business days after you receive your refund approval notice, first check your order status again by clicking here, then enter your order number and email address. If your order status is Refunded it means that we have issued the refund and the delay is most likely with your financial institution.

For credit card transactions, contact your credit card company and they can provide information on how long it will take before your refund is officially posted.

For debit transactions, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and they can inform you of how long it will take for the credit to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@ohioblackexpo.com from the email address used to place your order and send your item to: Ohio Black Expo, 175 S. 3rd St., Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43215.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ohio Black Expo, 175 S. 3rd St, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43215.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
